I want you to love your new illustration item, but if the unexpected happens I've got you covered. Just reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order if there's an issue.
ORDER DISCREPANCIES AND DISAPPOINTMENTS
If you are disappointed with your order drop me a line within 48 hours. I will either refund or exchange your item. Share a detailed reason – I am always open to improvements.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives looking like it faced a rogue cricket team, please send me pictures within 48 hours. Depending on the damage, you might get a new product or store credit.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in its original condition or returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Please note - No returns or exchanges for sale items or commissions.
INSPECTION & RETURN PROCESS
* Inspect your item within 48 hours.
* Notify me at wildeillustrations@gmail.com with your order number.
* The returns policy lasts 7 days.
* You have 7 days to courier the item back using a trackable service.
SHIPPING FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
* Ensure the correct size before purchase.
* You're responsible for return shipping costs.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* I cover return shipping only for my errors.
* Use a trackable shipping service; share the tracking code.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 7 days for specific reasons:
* Wrong item sent with no replacement option.
* Unable to fulfill your order.
* Item arrived damaged, and a replacement isn't possible.
* You've contacted me within the specified time.
